Which is a better source of news

In the every day life .we can obtain information about news from the television and the newspaper.--> In every day life, (comma; no “the” for “every day life”) we can get news from the television and newspaper.  ( Not “information about news”. What you are getting is the news itself.)

Some people are prefer to the television.  They give some reason for this point .-->Some people prefer the television, and here are their reasons.

(When giving out points, it is better to use “first, second…”, as in first point, second point.)

Firstly-->First (.)(no full stop) the (general reference) television is a convenient apparatus. (One does not call a TV an apparatus. An “apparatus” is usually a “tool” or a piece of technical equipment.)

If only you turn on the switch, you as if walk into a big world, you can learn the news which the domestic and international. --> (If only-->As soon as; all you have to do is;…) ("If only" requires a "consequence." E.g. If only I can earn enough money to feed myself, I would be happy.)

Rework this sentence: As soon as you turn the television on, you would be walking into a big world where you will learn all the domestic and international news. (In principle, it is not the "switch" that you turn on; it is the TV. You flip the switch, push the button, turn the knob, and the TV goes on.)

you can see the exciting sports game, moving drama. (full stop)--> You can also watch exciting sports (games)(games not really needed) and moving dramas.

(In a word , it is a convenient.)(Delete. This is a repetition) (Secondly, you can watch the television while have a nap.)=????( How can you be watching the TV while sleeping?) It is an enjoyment.

Other people support the second point. They think (.) newspapers have the reserve character=?(Please explain what this means) . We can collect (the news which we like it )=?.Second we can read the newspapers everywhere (anywhere is a better choice of word) and so on.  

I prefer to the second point .First(ly)(You can use “firstly, secondly, or “first, second”, but not a mixture of the two), the newspapers are very cheaper .If we spend four yuans for this it,we can enjoy the all afternoon. Second .we can read the newspaper everywhere (anywhere is a better choice of word)  (.) including when taking take a bus, in the bed (.) (comma), in the coffee (.) office, in the a hotel, etc .Finally I love (character)=??? . I believe reading is a meansure to improve ® character . (?? Character as in “people”, “character of people”, or “characters as in Chinese characters (words)” ?)
